An art gallery is more than walls to hang art on. It's a place where feelings and ideas are expressed, heard, and inspired. The Giertz Gallery serves as a platform to convey and reflect culture through the visual arts, offering fresh perspective through artistic expression. Rotating exhibitions vary in medium, style, and content; the exhibitions feature contemporary art, including paintings, photographs, sculpture, installation, and mixed media works by international, national, and regional artists, depending on the exhibition.

Gallery Hours

Open year-round

• Monday - Wednesday 10 am - 5 pm​

• Thursday 10 am - 7 pm

• ​Saturday 12 pm - 2 pm

 

Closed Saturdays in summer, between exhibitions, & Parkland College closures.

Please note that staff may be out occasionally teaching programs. If you would like to schedule a group visit, please contact us at least two weeks in advance. Thank you!
